Exercise Physiology Initial Consult $100
Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive assessment to understand your condition, medical history, movement patterns and personal goals. Together, we'll identify the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms and develop an individualised treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Treatment may begin during your first appointment where appropriate and can include education, exercise prescription, Clinical Pilates, dry needling or trigger point therapy.

Dry Needling and Manual Therapy
$70 (30min)

Dry needling and manual therapy are valuable adjuncts to an exercise-based rehabilitation program. When clinically appropriate, treatment may incorporate dry needling, trigger point therapy, sports massage and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) to help reduce pain, relieve muscle tension, improve mobility and support recovery.
At Functional Fundamentals, manual therapy is integrated with education, movement and evidence-based exercise to help you move more comfortably, recover more effectively and achieve lasting results.

Exercise Physiology Follow up
Standard - $70 (30mins)
Extended - $90 (45mins)

Review consultations focus on progressing your rehabilitation, monitoring your recovery and adjusting your treatment plan as you improve.
Depending on your goals and clinical presentation, treatment may include exercise rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates, dry needling, trigger point therapy or movement retraining to help you achieve lasting results.

Sports Massage and Recovery
$70 (30min)

Sports massage is designed to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and support recovery following training, competition or injury. Whether you're preparing for an event, recovering after exercise or simply feeling tight from an active lifestyle, every treatment is tailored to your individual goals and training demands.
Sports massage can be provided as a standalone treatment or integrated into your rehabilitation program to help you recover well, move comfortably and continue doing the activities you love.

Clinical Pilates (Reformer/
Mat and Equipment)
$90 (45min)
$100 (60min)
Evidence-based movement for strength, mobility and range of motion.
Clinical Pilates uses individually prescribed exercises to improve strength, posture, balance and movement quality. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and are suitable for injury rehabilitation, persistent pain, post-operative recovery and improving overall physical function.
